Start secure screening. Share information through the secure clinical process. Complete the appropriate clinical assessment. Follow an individualized plan, if appropriate. Share medical information only through the approved secure clinical pathway.

This is a separate physician-guided program. You do not need a bēon Primary Care Membership to begin. If you are also a primary-care member, your care team may coordinate eligible care with your broader health plan when clinically appropriate. Membership does not establish eligibility or include the program.

Hormone & Vitality
For eligible men and women, with symptom review, laboratory-informed assessment, individualized management, and follow-up. Men from $199 a month. Women from $229 a month. This program requires state-specific prescribing authorization and is not yet open in every state where your physician is licensed.
Currently available in Louisiana and Kansas. Eligibility is determined clinically after physician evaluation and laboratory review.
