You get an ongoing relationship with a physician and care team, unhurried visits, and direct access when something comes up. Your membership level determines what is included. In industry and tax terms this model is known as direct primary care, which matters if you plan to pay with a health savings account.

At bēon Genesis Mandeville, no — Genesis membership is not required, however, Genesis members receive preferred pricing. Outside Louisiana, bēon Connect virtual primary care is currently available to Genesis members only.

No. bēon membership is not health insurance. Keep appropriate insurance coverage for emergencies, hospital care, surgery, specialty services and other care outside your membership.

There are three. bēon Connect is virtual primary care. bēon Wellness adds in-person visits, preferred laboratory pricing and priority scheduling. bēon Longevity adds longer visits and individualized proactive planning. bēon Wellness and bēon Longevity include all in-person visits and are available at bēon Genesis Mandeville. bēon Connect is available in Louisiana with or without a Genesis membership, and to Genesis members in Colorado, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Missouri, Nebraska, New Jersey and Oklahoma.

Founding rates are available at bēon Genesis Mandeville only. The first 200 Members there lock founding rates of $39, $79 and $150 a month for as long as they stay continuously enrolled, with a six-month initial commitment. The first 100 bēon Longevity Members also receive a full biomarker panel at no cost, a $2,000 value, for one designated Member per membership.

bēon Connect is $39 a month for Genesis members in the states where your physician is licensed. Founding and family rates apply at bēon Genesis Mandeville only.

Family pricing is available at bēon Genesis Mandeville and covers you, your spouse, and up to two dependent children. Clinical eligibility is determined individually for each family member. The founding biomarker panel applies to one designated Member; additional family testing is priced separately.

Your membership includes the services listed for your level. Medication, specialty care, imaging, external laboratory testing, hospital care, emergency care and third-party services are separate unless specifically listed as included. Club Wellness and physician-guided programs are separate purchases.

No. Laboratory testing is billed to your insurance where covered, or available at transparent cash pricing. bēon Wellness and bēon Longevity Members receive preferred laboratory pricing. The one exception is the founding biomarker panel for the first 100 bēon Longevity Members.

Active bēon Wellness and bēon Longevity Members at bēon Genesis Mandeville receive a $79 per month founding program credit for their first 6 months toward one eligible program. It applies to one program at a time and cannot be combined across programs or carried forward. bēon Connect memberships do not include the program credit.

An in-person visit at bēon Genesis Mandeville is $79 for Genesis members and $120 without a membership. Every visit is with Dr. Jason Faucheux, DO. All in-person visits are included in bēon Wellness and bēon Longevity memberships.

Eligibility depends on your account, the membership arrangement and applicable rules. Confirm with your plan administrator or tax advisor before using HSA, FSA or HRA funds for membership fees. Physician-guided programs, medications and laboratory panels are billed separately and may follow different rules.

Your membership covers the primary-care services listed for your level. Medications and laboratory panels are ordered by your physician and priced separately, at cash rates or through your insurance, unless specifically included. The founding biomarker panel for the first 100 bēon Longevity Members is the stated exception.

Founding membership carries a six-month initial commitment. After that, membership continues month to month. If you cancel and rejoin later, founding rates no longer apply.

No. bēon Connect is the entry bēon Primary Care Membership tier, delivered by video and phone. Medical Weight Loss and Hormone & Vitality are separate physician-guided programs with their own screening, eligibility, monitoring and pricing. Recovery & Performance is coming soon. Cellular Health is a pillar developing within bēon Longevity, not a separately priced program.

No. Physician-guided programs can be purchased on their own, subject to clinical eligibility and availability in your state. At bēon Genesis Mandeville, bēon Wellness and bēon Longevity Members receive a $79 per month founding program credit for their first 6 months toward one eligible program. bēon Connect memberships do not include the program credit.

Medical Weight Loss and Hormone & Vitality are open for enrollment, subject to state availability and clinical eligibility. Recovery & Performance is coming soon and has no published pricing yet. Cellular Health is also coming soon as a pillar within bēon Longevity.

Hormone & Vitality is currently available in Louisiana and Kansas. We are working to open it in the other states where your physician is licensed, and you can ask to be notified when it does. Eligibility is determined clinically after physician evaluation and laboratory review.

bēon Connect includes routine primary-care prescriptions. Controlled substances are not prescribed through bēon Connect. If your care requires them, your physician will discuss appropriate in-person or state-specific options with you.

They are different things. Membership is your ongoing primary-care relationship. A physician-guided program is focused treatment for a specific goal, with its own protocol, monitoring, and in most cases included medication. Many Members have one, some have both, and neither requires the other.

The bēon Primary Care Membership is open at bēon Genesis Mandeville in Louisiana. bēon Connect virtual primary care is available in Louisiana with or without a Genesis membership. In Colorado, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Missouri, Nebraska, New Jersey and Oklahoma, bēon Connect is currently available to Genesis members only. Other states are opening as clinical coverage expands — join the notification for updates.

Your physician must be licensed where you are located at the time of your visit. A Genesis membership is required outside Louisiana. Physician-guided program availability varies separately by state and by program — Hormone & Vitality, for example, is currently open in Louisiana and Kansas only. No. bēon Genesis Mandeville is the first active bēon primary care hub. A Genesis club listing does not mean a medical clinic or a particular service is available there.
