A bēon Primary Care Membership is an ongoing primary-care relationship supported by a flat monthly fee. Your membership level determines the visits, communication and other primary-care services included. Scheduling, availability and message-response expectations are provided during enrollment, and bēon is not emergency care.

bēon uses a direct-primary-care membership model. HSA treatment depends on the specific membership arrangement and your circumstances. HSA reimbursement and eligibility to make HSA contributions are different. Confirm eligibility with your plan administrator or tax adviser.

Choose your state to check current availability, then submit the bēon interest and availability form. We will guide you to the appropriate next step, which may include secure screening or clinical intake when available. The interest form is not a medical intake form, so do not submit symptoms, diagnoses, medications or other private health information through it or by email.

At bēon Genesis Mandeville, Genesis membership is not required. Genesis members receive preferred pricing. Outside Louisiana, bēon Connect is currently offered only to Genesis members in Colorado, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Missouri, Nebraska, New Jersey and Oklahoma, subject to availability and physician licensure where you are located for the visit. A Genesis club membership or club listing does not mean that a bēon clinic or every bēon service is available there.

No. bēon membership is not health insurance. Keep appropriate insurance coverage for emergency care, hospital care, surgery, specialty services and other care that is not included in your membership.

There are three. bēon Connect is virtual primary care. bēon Wellness adds clinically appropriate scheduled in-person primary-care visits at bēon Genesis Mandeville, preferred laboratory pricing and priority scheduling. bēon Longevity adds longer visits and individualized proactive planning. Labs, imaging, medications, procedures, specialty care, emergency care and third-party services remain separate unless expressly listed as included. bēon Connect is available in Louisiana with or without a Genesis membership and to Genesis members in Colorado, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Missouri, Nebraska, New Jersey and Oklahoma, subject to availability and physician licensure where the patient is located for the visit.

Founding rates are available at bēon Genesis Mandeville only. The first 200 Members there lock founding rates of $29, $79 and $150 a month for as long as they remain continuously enrolled, with a six-month initial commitment. The first 100 bēon Longevity Members also receive a full biomarker panel at no cost, a $2,000 value, for one designated Member per membership.

bēon Connect is $39 a month for Genesis members in Colorado, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Missouri, Nebraska, New Jersey and Oklahoma, subject to availability and physician licensure where the Member is located for the visit. Founding and family rates apply at bēon Genesis Mandeville only.

Family pricing is available at bēon Genesis Mandeville and covers the Member, a spouse and up to two dependent children. Clinical eligibility is determined individually for each family member. The founding biomarker panel applies to one designated Member, and additional family testing is priced separately. The controlling eligibility requirements for dependent children are provided before enrollment.

Your membership includes the primary-care services listed for your level. Medication, specialty care, imaging, external laboratory testing, hospital care, emergency care, procedures and third-party services are separate unless specifically listed as included. Club Wellness and physician-guided programs are separate purchases.

No. Laboratory testing is separate. It may be billed to insurance when covered by your plan or, when available, offered at cash pricing disclosed before the order. bēon Wellness and bēon Longevity Members receive preferred laboratory pricing. The stated exception is the founding biomarker panel for the first 100 bēon Longevity Members, subject to the published founding terms.

Active bēon Wellness and bēon Longevity Members at bēon Genesis Mandeville receive a $79 monthly founding program credit for their first six months toward one eligible program. The credit applies to one program at a time and cannot be combined across programs, carried forward or exchanged for cash. bēon Connect memberships do not include the program credit. The founding membership rate may remain locked while the membership stays continuously active, but the promotional program credit ends after six months.

At bēon Genesis Mandeville, a scheduled primary-care visit is $79 for a Genesis member without a bēon membership and $120 for a person without either membership. bēon Connect Members also pay $79 for an in-person visit. Clinically appropriate scheduled in-person primary-care visits are included in bēon Wellness and bēon Longevity. Dr. Jason Faucheux, DO, is the listed Mandeville physician; clinician and appointment availability are confirmed when scheduling.

Possibly, but the rules differ. HSA reimbursement and HSA contribution eligibility are separate questions. A qualifying direct primary care arrangement may be reimbursable from an HSA, while its services, contract terms and monthly fee may affect whether you may continue contributing to an HSA. FSA and HRA reimbursement depend on your specific plan. bēon does not determine tax eligibility. Confirm with your plan administrator or tax adviser before using account funds. Physician-guided programs, medications and laboratory panels are billed separately and may follow different rules.

Founding membership carries a six-month initial commitment. Cancellation during that commitment, the required notice method and the effective date are governed by the enrollment terms presented before enrollment. After the initial commitment, membership continues month to month. If you cancel and later rejoin, the founding rate no longer applies.

No. bēon Connect is the entry bēon Primary Care Membership tier, delivered by video and phone. Medical Weight Loss and Hormone & Vitality are separate physician-guided programs with their own screening, eligibility, monitoring and pricing. Recovery & Performance is coming soon. Cellular Health is a clinician-guided pathway developing as part of bēon Longevity; it is coming soon and no pricing is published yet.

If clinically indicated, your clinician will discuss whether an appropriate, state-available next step exists.

A physician-guided program is a separate, focused pathway for a specific goal, with its own screening, clinical protocol, monitoring, eligibility and price. Medication may be included only where the program says so and only when clinically prescribed; laboratory testing and other separately listed costs may still apply. You may choose a primary-care membership, an eligible physician-guided program or both. Neither requires the other.

The bēon Primary Care Membership is open at bēon Genesis Mandeville in Louisiana. bēon Connect virtual primary care is available in Louisiana with or without a Genesis membership. In Colorado, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Missouri, Nebraska, New Jersey and Oklahoma, bēon Connect is currently available to Genesis members only. Availability depends on the state where the patient is located for the visit. Additional states may open as state-specific clinical, regulatory and operational readiness is confirmed.
