Your plan may include lifestyle and nutrition guidance, accountability support, clinically appropriate treatment selection, and follow-up monitoring. A medication is not required for every participant, and completing screening does not guarantee enrollment, a prescription, or a particular result.

Keep symptoms, diagnoses, medication lists, laboratory results, photographs, and insurance information out of this website.

This is a separate physician-guided program. You do not need a bēon Primary Care Membership to begin. If you are also a primary-care member, your care team may coordinate eligible care with your broader health plan when clinically appropriate. Membership does not establish eligibility or include the program.

From $299 a month, including medication when prescribed, physician monitoring, and ongoing follow-up. Treatment and pricing depend on the clinically appropriate program. You'll see your exact cost before enrolling.
Three-month initial commitment. Laboratory testing is billed separately. Eligibility is determined clinically.
