Privacy Policy.

Effective date: September 25, 2026. This is the working public privacy policy for bēon Wellness. Counsel still reviews retention periods and text-message wording before this page is treated as final.

What this policy covers

This page describes how we handle information collected on the public website, including the Stay Connected interest form. Clinical information you share in the secure application is handled under a separate notice of privacy practices for health care. Please do not send symptoms, diagnoses, medications, laboratory results, or other health details through the public website or ordinary email.

Information we collect on the public website

• Details you choose to send on the interest form: name, email, optional mobile number, program interests, and email or text permission.
• Technical request information used to serve the site, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested. The hosting provider processes this to operate the site.
• Optional campaign tags that arrived with the link you used, such as source or interest, so we know which page or offer you came from.

We do not use the public website to collect medical history, photographs, insurance information, or payment card numbers.

Information in the secure application

If you begin screening or become a member, you may share health and identity information in the secure application. That information is used to evaluate eligibility, deliver care, and meet legal record-keeping duties. It is not mixed into marketing lists. Staff contact records may note that you started screening, but they do not store your questionnaire answers.

How we use website information

• Respond to your request and send the membership or program updates you asked for.
• Operate, secure, and improve the public site.
• Keep a record of consent for email and, when you opt in, text messages.
• Meet legal obligations and prevent abuse of the forms.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Email and text messages

Email updates require an affirmative checkbox that is never pre-checked. You can unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email. Text updates are optional and require a mobile number. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of receiving care.

How long we keep marketing contacts

We keep interest-form contacts while you remain subscribed or until you ask us to delete them, and for a limited additional period if we must retain a consent record. Counsel will confirm the exact retention schedule. Clinical records follow medical record retention rules, which are longer.

Health information and HIPAA

bēon is a health care provider. Protected health information created or received for treatment, payment, or health care operations is governed by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act and related state medical-privacy laws, including the California Confidentiality of Medical Information Act where it applies. The public interest form is not a clinical channel. Do not use it for urgent care or medical questions.

California residents (CCPA / CPRA and CMIA)

If you are a California resident, you may request to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, delete or correct personal information, and opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by California law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. Send requests to info@livebeon.com. We may need to verify your identity. An authorized agent may submit a request with proof of authorization. Confidential medical information is also protected by the CMIA and is not used for marketing.

People in the European Economic Area and United Kingdom

If you write to us from the EEA or UK, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection, and you may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Service providers

We use infrastructure and operations vendors to host the website, store marketing contacts for staff follow-up, and send email when you have asked for updates. They may process information only on our instructions. The secure application uses additional clinical and identity systems that are not used as a public marketing list.

Children

The public website interest form is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this form.

Changes

We may update this policy as our services change. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Material changes to marketing consent will be reflected on the form itself.
